About Me
About Me
Picture this: a painfully shy kid who couldn't look a stranger in the eye. That was me, once upon a time. But life has a funny way of throwing you in the deep end, doesn't it? And that's exactly where I learned to swim.
Today, I'm a marketing professional with agency experience and a thriving freelance career. But if I won the lottery? You'd find me on a farm, pursuing my dream of becoming an animal behaviourist. This passion has already opened doors in the booming pet industry.
My superpower? Spotting tiny details others miss, a skill honed through working with both animals and humans. I'm also that friend constantly nudging everyone to shrink their carbon footprint. This led me to found Washing Line, a unique thrift business, during my undergrad years.
My proudest achievement? Orchestrating the largest street store in the Western Cape for Mandela Day, clothing over 800 homeless individuals and managing 1000+ volunteers.
So, that's me – a former shy kid turned storyteller, animal enthusiast, sustainable fashion advocate, marketing manager and community organiser.
I’m always looking and working towards next chapter, the next challenge, and the next chance to make a difference. Who knows what the next chapter holds?
